Shipping and Delivery
How soon will you receive your order?
Within 5-7 working days, all items are dispatched.
In most cases, orders arrive in 7 to 10 business days. Except for public holidays, Monday through Friday are regarded as business days.
We try our best to fulfill all of our customer's orders on schedule. However, occasionally delivery delays can happen around holidays or occasionally due to unforeseen situations.
Delivery of Orders
We only work with reputable Speed Post and courier services. Any delivery delays caused by the courier provider, speed post, or other external reasons are not the responsibility of Coptum Handicrafts.
International Shipping
- Shipment charges can vary greatly depending on the shipping address because our artworks often need special packaging and are hefty or fragile. Thus, shipping fees vary depending on the product or order.
- Instead of standardizing shipping prices and including them in the item's price, we offer each client's delivery charges independently based on their region. After we've settled on the shipping charges and your purchase transaction is complete, our team member will contact you to discuss shipment specifics.
- Duties and taxes, which are added to the shipping costs paid at checkout are not included in international orders.
- Customers must pay the relevant customs and taxes to the shipping company directly after receiving their orders. No refunds will be accepted if a consumer refuses to pay these fees, and delivery is subsequently impossible.
- Within 12 to 14 business days, delivery. Customs clearance may take longer in particular circumstances.
- No refunds or exchanges are accepted for orders from outside the United States.
